The return request is raised within 5 days of receiving your order
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is available

2. Return Timeframe

All return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 8 to 10 days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refunded amount.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same product in case of size, color, or defective items (subject to stock availability).

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 Days of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Innerwear and intimate apparel
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards and downloadable products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be free of cost.
For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
